Retrofitting of Online Monitoring System (CEMS/AQMS)
We undertake Retrofitting of Online Air Quality/ Stack/ Effluent Monitoring Systems/ Analyzers of any make and we offer the following services
at very economical price. This is being done in compliance with CPCB Rules:
1. Replacement of Sensors & Electronic Cards
- Upgrading/Replacement of Control & Logic cards.
- Addition of new sensors for Stack CO, CO2, NOX, SPM, HCL, SOX Compound as per requirement.
- Addition of new sensors for Effluent BOD, COD, TSS, pH and Flow meter Compound as per requirement.
- Adding Primary & Secondary Temperature feature (excluding thermocouples)
- Provision for adding additional 16 parameters in future.
- Inbuilt logic software/ hardware for sampling
- Reading updating interval from 1 min to 10 min (Programmable).
- Visual alarm and sound alarm for indicating gas/ Temperature level more than set value (optional).
- Online fault diagnosis as standard features.
2. Integration of Online Data Transmission Services:
- The services include change of service provider to CPCB from existing services provider/ Connectivity of your existing system to CPCB and SPCB
- Inbuilt logic software/ hardware for sampling
- Reading updating interval from 1 min to 10 min (Programmable).
- Data storage on server for more than 2 years.
3. Integration of Gas Calibration Unit:
- We provide services for incorporating gas (CEMS) calibration unit to your existing Stack Monitoring System, services include supply of complete electronics Unit RS485/RS232 connectivity and calibration gas cylinders.
- Inbuilt Gas remote Calibration software and hardware (only gas cylinder and regulator as when needed).
After reconditioning we give the complete performance warranty of the system for one year.
