Principle to measure the Real time Atmosphere Particulate for PM 10 and PM 2.5 (Model:- DX4P-A)

Working
The main principle of this analyzer mainly uses enrichment technology of ambient particulate matter and β-ray attenuation method.
The particulate matter smaller than 2.5 (10) μm is automatically concentrated on rolling type filter film. The β ray produced by irradiator C14 passes through the filter film and is received by detector. The detector consists of photomultiplier, plastic scintillator and counter. As per according to the energy of received β ray, it can realize quantitative analyze the enrichment thickness and work out the PM2.5(10) concentration. Measured gas is extracted by sampling pump with certain flow when measuring.

Main components:
  • Sampling system: Including sampling probe, heating unit, mass flow meter, sampling pump, etc.
  • Filter Unit : Roller Type Filter Film Including membrane movement device.
  • Analysis System: Beta ray absorption analysis module.
  • Control System: An open communication protocol that enables computer-side control, sampling, reel motion, particle count detection, flow recording, pollutant concentration calculation, and results display.
  • Cloud Gateway: To transfer the data to CPCB and multiple servers.
