What Is CEMS?
A Continuous Emission Monitoring System (CEMS) measures and records pollutant concentrations — including NOx, SO₂, CO, CO₂, O₂, and particulate matter (SPM) — in real time from industrial flue gas stacks. Compliance with CPCB and SPCB guidelines is mandatory for a wide range of industries under India's environmental regulations.

Technical Details
Drexel's CEMS (Model DX4P) is engineered to meet Indian regulatory standards while providing industry-leading measurement reliability and ease of maintenance.
Simultaneously measures NOx, SO₂, CO, CO₂ with optional O₂ (Zirconium/EC cell), PM (DC-Triboelectric / Dust Opacity) and NO, CH₄ via modular expansion ports.
Continuous real-time data stored locally and transmitted automatically to CPCB / SPCB servers. Accessible remotely via inbuilt software with a built-in 15" display (optional 7" touch screen).
Outputs via RS-485 (Modbus RTU) and 4–20 mA analog allow seamless integration with existing SCADA, DCS or PLC infrastructure. Plug-and-play compatibility with Drexel SCADA systems.
Designed and certified to comply with CPCB Guidelines for Online Continuous Emission Monitoring. Approved for industries mandated under Environment (Protection) Act obligations.
Built-in 3-hour battery backup ensures continuous data capture during power interruptions, maintaining regulatory compliance without data gaps.
